Biography

Mr. O'Sullivan is founder and principal attorney at O'Sullivan PLLC, a New York law firm with a focus on the healthcare, life science and IT industries. He counsels clients regarding: licensing, joint ventures, and mergers and acquisitions; capital raisings and other financing arrangements; and corporate governance, executive compensation and other business law matters.

Mr. O'Sullivan was until recently CEO of a New York-based healthcare NGO and continues to consult with organizations around the country that focus on international public health.

A graduate of the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in New York, Mr. O'Sullivan is admitted to practice law before the Courts of the State of New York.

Mr O’Sullivan is a SCUBA instructor and enjoys surfing, rock climbing and reading to his daughters.
