Biography

Ms. Simkins is a seasoned researcher and program manager in international health has joined the Afya team to guide the process of needs assessments and supply sourcing. With a background in business, economics and public relations, Meghan entered the international public health arena to generate solutions to some of the challenges with health care delivery and infrastructure management in developing countries.
Currently working on her Masters in Public Health, from Columbia, Mailman School of Public Health, she is committed to using her skills in quantitative analysis and economics as well as public health to help to bridge the knowledge gap between the aid and supplies going to these countries and the capacity for these countries to effectively use these goods and sustain positive change.
